Texthelp acquires Wizkids

Today is a great day! We are excited to announce that The Texthelp Group has acquired Wizkids.

Wizkids is an edtech company, specialising in accessibility tools and data synchronisation.

The Texthelp and Wizkids vision and purpose are strongly aligned. We share a belief that everyone has the right to understand and be understood. As part of the Texthelp family, Wizkids will be able to make their tools available to more students and administrators in Northern Europe and the UK, making an impact on even more people’s lives.

In the future, we will be able to use our combined capabilities and knowledge to add to the range of tools available, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers and end users.

For customers and students, there will be no noticeable change. How students are supported by Texthelp and Wizkids tools will remain the same, as will the experience of educators and administrators.
